All about our ethos?
Our fayres aim to provide diversity and equal opportunity for suppliers. Founded by a professional photographer with years of experience within the wedding supply community, The Webbing Fayre granted a supplier friendly ethos with quality at the forefront.
With a nominal fee to be paid and equal opportunity desired, we can currently accept a maximum of four suppliers per category, ideally chosen from different areas of the region or of a varying style.

You will be live on the website for a minimum of the month before and the money after, alongside our promotion on the day and before, including the opportunity to feature in our Webbing live lounge events.
What do I get for my money?
It is entirely up to you how you would like to go "live." You can either do it on instagram; facebook; both of the aforementioned; or provide a pre recorded 5 minute video for us to host on the day. Whatever you choose we will directly link to that on the day.
What platform do we need to go live?
No - We want to offer a fair chance for all suppliers to partake. If you register your interest we will work with yourselves to find a suitable fayre for you. If spaces are available in subsequent fayres you will of course be offered the opportunity.
Can I register for all the fayres in the year?
Like any fayre there is no guarantee however the beauty of it being online means it is accessible to all couples as opposed to those who are venue specific. We also offer exhibiting fees at a nominal price.
Can you guarantee footfall?
Unless stated otherwise all of the weddings fayres will take place between 11am and 1pm on the date of fayre.
What time are the fayres?
The fayre lasts two hours - On the day there is a 30 minute slot for the bridal catwalk. A 15 minute live set from the highlighted musician. Two 45 mins periods for all suppliers to go live
How Long does the fayre last?
This is where you get creative. There is no limitations to what you can and can't do. It is your chance to talk about your products, and answer questions. You could do a guided tour of your products or venue, you could even do a live demonstration. You could even tie it in with you own event at your premises.
What will I do for two hours?
We wanted to make it as much of an event as possible. That is why we promote one bridal shop to do a catwalk, and one live act to perform a set per fayre - during an allocated time slot.
What are the featured suppliers?
We will invest money into promoting the company as a whole to encourage a following and also drive engaged couples to the website. We also recommend all suppliers to let your couples know, as word of mouth from a lot of suppliers is an easy way of growing a following.
do You advertise?
The cost of exhibiting is £40 per fayre or £50 for the featured suppliers. You can apply to any number of fayres but acceptance of place in down to the admin who adhere to our ethos.
how much does it cost?
This is a live stream session which we will host on facebook. It will feature a few suppliers related to a similar theme simultaneously. You will be able to offer advice, hint and tip or tell stories.

How is our advert displayed?
We have our own blogger, however should any suppliers have a pre existing tips blog that they think would be useful, then please feel free to submit. We would love to promote it and backlink your company as well as promoting the blog to our followers.
CAN WE SUBMIT A BLOG?
Although we don't say no. One of our core values is to be fair to all. We want to promote local suppliers as much as possible. So precedence will be given to those who live in the area first .
